Just when is the best time to buy?

Or maybe the question should be: Is there a best time to buy?

I could give you the old real estate agents' line,It's always a great time to buy!

Which is true.

The home prices are down and the mortgage rates are still excellent.

Of course, as a full-time real estate agent I can tell you that some times are better than others.

What do I mean by "times"?

• Time of Day
• Time of the Week
• Time of the Year
• Time when there is the least amount of competition,etc...   

That is all good info....but it doesn't factor in a particular buyer.

His or hers finances,motivation,desire,emotional state.

Being honest with yourself,good or bad is crucial in deciding when to buy.
